ITS A GREAT PLACE TO GET EXPERIENCE

Manage It is a busy company during Back to school time, we receive orders from different schools, but the problem is when we work late because of many deliveries and we dont get paid for overtime or working on weekends, but we do work because we want to keep our clients Happy there are only 2 employees in the company except for the driver, many left because of empty promises but me and My Colleague who is My friend now, decided to stay because we know one day doors will open for us and we hoping that there will be a change in the Company, maybe we will get paid what we deserve some day or we will get Promotions I love this Company a lot because i have gained lot of experience, but its sad working here when it comes to responsibilities because you don't have Payslips, don't pay UIF and you get paid when the boss decide to pay, we don't know exactly our pay date

Pros: Dealing with Clients directly and managing your own Account
Cons: Working overtime and not get paid for it, Not having a Contract

Nothing excellent because there are no contracts

It it very frustrating working here, because you just work without break or any leave, what is helping is being friends with my colegues because atleast you have people to talk to and ask for help from them. i have leant that yeven if you work hard to impress your boss if he is the kind of a person who doesnt appreciate he will never appreciate you, but working here made me feel free to meet with new people and made friends with client

Pros: Working under pressure, unsupervised
Cons: working extra hours without payment, getting your salary after the 1st of the month but the agreement was the 26th
