Good learning curve

A typical day will be doing a 4sector which ends up back st your base. Passengers on board are friendly and your attitude towards them rub off and what you give is what you get back. So the nicer you are, the happier the pax will be. We are always happy crew, the faster and energetic you are, the faster the day will go for you and the happier everyone will be. You always find them laughing and joking around. The best part is having different ethnic groups. You learn a lot about people's cultures and where they are from. Making people laugh and seeing that you have made someone happy with your service is quite full fulling. Like all other jobs, you get challenges that tests your patience and level of dedication. With cabin crew, there are medicals on board, angry passengers, drunk passengers, the list is endless. Cabin is quite small and narrow so how you handle the situation infront of everyone really shows what kind of person you are and how experienced you are when it comes to such situations

Exposure to resolve challenges

Mango is a a wonderful company to work for. Great culture and dedicated employees. Only problem is the current difficult aviation sector given global pandemic

The work culture

The Work Culture A day would start from 7am to 7pm mon-sun with weekends being the busy.The challenging part about the job was no off days in order to rest in short no work life balance. My co workers were always amazing and we all worked well as team players in assisting each other.What I enjoyed the most was the weekends where it would be packed as you are kept o your feet and I enjoyed seeing new faces and just assisting customers with what they needed.The job taught me a lot, communication being the key, creating a postive aura around your space as you interact with a lot of people on a daily basis

It was amazing job but the hours were abit hectic.

Work was interesting, hours were abit hectic.staff are stuck to management hoping for growth. Learnt to just put your head down and work hard.enjoyed the sunset and sun rise. Crew can become petty.
