Very nice,good to work at my company, as i am learning much with the safety & security

The company is so excellent, taught me a lot with safety, responsibility, accountability, trustworthy, honesty and integrity. I am doing lots in accounts department learn, capable, vibrant, I really enjoy working for the company with very friendly co-workers, working for 9 hrs a day(Monday-Friday). the most challenging aspects of my job is to ensure that I don't miss deadlines.

Pros: so far now promotions
Cons: normal working hours

To do every thing yourself

I work flex hour and get paid Hourly . I use to work full time and know I do not work full time.I see +- minus 100 persons a week. All documents are checked and reference. Mie Fingerprints are taken. After all recruitment has been done I will then go and do Training where required. I have a very friendly relationship with coworkers. I have learnt that you have to follow up on any orders you are given. To work with new persons every day. To find only the best member for each new position.

Pros: Their is no promotion in this field
Cons: Long hours no pay
