Excellent learning curve

Building clientele base and maintaining it, staff recruiting training mentorship to meet required standard. Debtors book management, stock replenishing, store packing and display, sales and marketing to meet required targets.

It has been an excellent learning curve

It has been an excellent learning curve after my previous company closed, had to manage my own debtors accounts, my own advertising, interviewing workers,stock replenishing to buying and store packing and decorating to attract buyers,returns are good,I have learned to be more patient and positive without loosing focus

Client liason and business growth

Though I built my client communication skills from my previous employers,which is Standard Bank of SA and Ellerines Group,I further learned dealing with diverse to win clients regardless of incomparable business levels. Daily planning to weekly that will keep you going regardless of low turn ups. From dealing with smart people who know what they want to working with those that have no confidence to even step up their living level through previous disappointments and having to groom them to have faith in their strength and wisdom.
