Working in the Law environment

At my current employment has taught me a lot of law and what type of different people you work with. My knowledge of law has grown widely and learned me a lot of how things work in South Africa. I enjoy assisting the lawyers where I can and assisting our clients. My relationship with my co-workers are good, I get a long with everyone mostly I don't see a need to always start a fight but to help instead. Our office is constantly busy with clients and other admin work. The most challenging aspects of my job is that there is no stability due to the fact there are little communication from the Lawyers directly. There are not perks in the company and no growth.

Good learning experience

working at Marais attorneys has been a good learning experience. Typical working day consists of interacting with clients, the attorneys and co-workers doing data capturing. Operating the switchboard etc. We are one small family in this firm and that is what i enjoy the most. What i've learnt most in this job is patience.

Pros: opportunity for growth
Cons: late hours

Job Review

A typical work day- Only busy from 8am-10am Relationship with my Co-workers- We get along What I have learnt- A lots on Company and Labour Law What I enjoy the most- Interacting with deferent ethnic group everyday, learning new things everyday, solving problems or challenges and liaising with people The most Challenging things I'm experiencing is the treatment I'm getting from my bosses wife horrible

Cons: I the line of work i do there is no growth
