I am self-motivated person very loyal to my work and I love to work under pressure and no problem with working long hours. My dream job always well be in food and beverage management as I Hold Bachelor Art Degree In Tourism and Hotels management From Philadelphia university. Exposed to so many cultures

From 15 years of experience in food and beverage , learned a lot from top quality professionals they dedicate their lives for this career which i followed their footsteps , at my current position as senior operation manager i enjoy the most is stores visit by meeting all staff and involving with customers service and getting their feedback to improve our service and product beside running the company operations day to day and creating new marketing ideas , I opened all 10 stores myself here in Western cape within 5 Months period and all my stores are in top 10 on YUM ( Franchise) ranking in all South Africa .
