Exellent Learning Curve

its good to work for this company which i am currently, i learned a lot i planned different documents and suggestion that can help the company solving problems. i always comes up with a plan to anything which the company is struggling for. we use to have hectic days, though we win the situation.

Pros: i have been promoted 3 times from 2012 until 2016
Cons: during season times we do work long hours, since its production time May-September

Good learning curve

- typical work day: mon - fri, 9 hours per day. - relationship with co-workers: its good to be with them we use to sit down to figure out solutions for challenges we come across. we have a good relationship, communication as well is excellent. - what i have learnt - is good communication makes supervision/management or either the flow of production to go smoothly. -what i enjoy most is when i come up with solution for problems or either a situation occur i think deep in order to find way out. -meet deadline everyday especially when is during season of 6 months.

Pros: from Admin Clerk, promoted - ware house manager after promoted - System Administrator in a senior level. now i am credit controller. i did all this in order to know all those department duties.
Cons: during season May-Sep
