Great challenges

My work place is full of challenges as it does not have systems in place, my day is spent in training and coaching staff on quality principles. I have learnt that there are more than 1 way to carry out a culture change, people and process diversity require different strategies. I enjoy challenges and I am a good problem solver.

Cons: Long working hours, lack of systems
