Excellent communication skills

I enjoyed to work for trade centre for two years I was also enjoying to work with many people from diffetent background and also different cultures,i have learned to treat people the way I want to be treated.i have enjoyed to work with different people from different cultures.The most challenging aspect it was to work with people who are using drugs but I manage to deal with dat situation.

Excellent

Marcom thrives on improving there systems no to be left behind so the work there needs you to be up on your feet, learning every thing that you can grasp. Robotics is also challenging since they've acquired them. Team work is needed there in order to get by your day to day job although it can be tough leading 30-40 people per shift it requires understanding how to deal with each individual under and above you which at times I find a good challenge.

Pros: good promotion opportunity
Cons: long work hours at times

Excellent communication skills

I have 5 years working experience in Marcom plastic as a packer I was responsible for packing good production for the customer,cleaning the working station,reporting any problem with the machine to the setters and robot technician.i was working long hours and working shifts.

Meeting new challenges by the day

I work in a challenging environment which requires quick and innovative ideas with minimal supervision. Each day has its challenge either machines or manpower you have to think off your feet to get a good product to the customer which is all we strive for at the end of the day.

Pros: Working with materials I haven't used before
Cons: Long work hours
