I've learnt a lot of things in manufacturing.

Management take people for gra.....The working pace is painful too. .people work long hours but don't get enough salarynted .only certain people get promotion. The working environment is great because of the people you are working with. At production

Excellent learning curve

Good knowledge of manufacturing Exposed to many suppliers at one Learned good negotiation skills Learned import procurement Too much pressure performing more that one person's job & not getting paid for it Too much complains from staff and management without solution to help.

Pros: Good development in employee relations
Cons: overworked
