Very informative

As normal i start work at 08am where i start making bookings inviting client's -i have good relations with my fellow co workers -gained product knowledge and values -the diverse culture and interaction between co workers -remaining content

No room for growth or enhancement

I've been at market force for two years and I make sure I reach my target we dealing with investment if I can make 1m a month with a company that does not satisfy it's employees I'm sure I'm going to be a great candidate in any other positions I get.Honestly it's not good for me to work at market force and I'm not happy where I am right now I'm not using my fully experience as used to from other organizations.i do have good relationship with colleagues and managers but deep inside I'm disappointed there is nothing that I enjoy because everyone needs money to make money and coming to work everyday here I just force myself for the sake of my kids and my wife.

Pros: Non promotion
Cons: Constantly on the phone without break
