I am a strong willed self motivated individual

Working at Markham is a very challenging job. There is always something to do. Cleaning, merchandising, promotional updates, customer services, customer complaints, visual updates, cellphone updates. It is a busy and demanding environment, that has taught me a lot and allowed me to grow. I am now seeking the opportunity to continue to learn and grow.

Great work environment

I have learner alot from my position regarding marketing, administration, merchandising, sales and customer Service. What I enjoy the most is the fact that I am able to work with people as I am a people’s person and I enjoy being around people. To be honest the only challenging thing for me is my kindness I feel as if people take advantage of that but I have worked on that issue and am moving in a positive e direction.

My company is a very fun place to work in there's energy and the team gets along very well an there's big room for growth only if management can be fair

Working in clothing company is great and you observe unique fashion designs.

The relationship with the colleagues is quite amazing as have to communicate often notifying each other about announcements pertaining matters like daily targets and replenishment the company is exciting as we interact with different types of customers.

Enjoyable working place and you learn new things every day eg.you get a chance to work

A good company that doesn't seperate by gender that because it a mans store so we not gonna hire women.And it also helps to gain more experience get to see different people every day and learn new things every day

Pros: To get promoted you must be close to the management team not that it been happening before it q new tradition since the store doesn't have a manager

Excellent learning curve

I was working in Markham as Work based experience were I learnt how to work with customers and to deal with people of different race and genders, dealing with pressure when the store is full and working hand in hand with my supervisor. I've learnt the importance of having a presentable space and to secure the things that are at my disposal.

Fast learner, energetic, honest, reliable

Relationship with my co workers is good, I'm a team player, we communication well together and worked together as a team, I've learnt many things, how to work with customers and all of that, very targeted driven too.

Good working environment and you get to grow and learn alot

A typical day at work would be setting a target in the morning and what will be required to be done for that specific day, u don't get to use your phone during the day only during lunch time. I have a good relationship with my manager and we work well together and I enjoy doing admin and paper work also answering the phone and transferring calls

Great place to learn and lot of opportunities
