An opportunity to grow and learn

The job taught me a lot and i have grown mentally and my fashion sense is much more developed. So this is an opportunity to apply my knowledge elsewhere.

People management skills, growing and developing the team.

Customer liaison where you reach targets through key performance indicators like sales, new accounts, rewards,basket size, conversion rate, and ensuring that the store is fully merchandised and presentable. Managing stock loss through stock counts and acknowledging all customers. Managing and developing the team by sharing store performances and targets on a daily basis.
