It has been an excellent learning curve, I have learned fro the best in the Industry.

I learned everything that I know about insurance from Marsh, I dealt with broking and placement for construction project both in and outside of South Africa. I did the invoicing and credit control of the project premiums. Liaisoned with Clients and insurers via email, telephone and meetings Got involved in Sasria Worked with Policies and construction project contracts which is what I really enjoyed. the most challenging part of the job was the work load

Pros: Excellent company to learn at.
Cons: Not much growth available,

Always striving to improve my skills

Marsh is a great place to work, the colleagues and management are truly amazing. There is great opportunity for personal and professional growth within the company. Training and up skilling oneself is a high priority and the assistance and mentoring from management is truly amazing. Management practice transparency and staff are valued for their contribution. Marsh is a global company with over 60,000 staff.

Pros: Happy environment where the core values of the company are truly lived.
Cons: Fear of retrenchment with lots of restructure taking place.
