Excellent working enviroment, with good people to work with

- Loading of new policies, renewals, endorsements and cancellation on system - Attending to Brokers and Insurers queries - I am an excellent team player, who likes to motivate my team every day motto - " there is no need for us to be negative as they are already enough negative people in the world" - Most important thing that I learned is that we learn new skills every day and we are human we make mistakes as long as we do something about that mistake and not try to hide it. - The people are friendly and dedicated, its like a family they check on you even when you are on leave - Dealing with difficult Brokers and also trying to keep a friendly smile

Lots of work pressure

My day consists of attending to client queries, processing claims, preparing renewal documentation, collect information from the client, negotiating with insurers. I've learnt how to deal with people and deal with their problems. I like that i cann work flexible hours. There's lots of pressure as their are lots of dealines to meet.

Cons: Lots of work pressure and deadlines

Excellent learning Experience

The key strengths that I possess for success in this position include: I am always eager to learn, I strive for continued excellence, I provide exceptional contributions to client services. I am a team player who relates well to people from different backgrounds and cultures, with good interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to share and transfer knowledge I am also an agent of change. I encourage change has I was selected as one of the outstanding graduates to partake in the annual CEOSleepout2016. Where we gained empathy for the homeless and raised funds for education.

Cons: No opportunity for growth
