Great learning curve

The stuff are great people to work with, always there to give a hand when needed. I am enjoying the experience very much, leaning new things everyday, with regards to problem solving and skill development. I very open,whenever something doesnt sit well with me i always give a shout out, interms of work related issues. I enjoy my duties/ doing what is required of me. The field its self required a person with good communication skill as well as physically fit to do certain duties. I am flexible and enjoy working on my feet!

I've lent allot and how to handle staff and work issues.

i'm am raw material and inventory controller at Martin & Martin. i am managing all incoming Raw and packaging in the plant maintain the good standard of raw that we issuing to production.i also maintain all the level of inventory in the plant to make sure that we don't keep high volume of stock.i have a big achievement in my organisation of reducing storage cost and absolute inventory. what i found challenging is procurement department where they want to bring more stock unnecessary.then i had bring fact to management that we don't need that material at that time .

Pros: my senior manager is looking forward to grant me with a warehouse manager position once my current manager move to packaging.
Cons: i always work long hours from 07h00 till 16h00 but my normal hours start 07h00 15h30

To be honest working Afrique that bought Martin and Martin

To be honest is not pleasant place to work in Afrique Peet food that bought Martin and Martin does take good care of their employees. However am grateful for the opportunity that the company has offered me to be in charge of their employees as a Packaging Temaleader to lead a team of great performers. There's a lot of improvements to done which can move the company forward going forward.

Pros: No opportunity for promotion
Cons: Working long hours

Highly dedicated and motivated person

Hi all Im a very detrrmined person willing to learn from others and i can adapt easy in any environment, attention to detail is my middle name, im a person who is willing to go the extra mile for my employer in giving the best service level. Very organised person, always available to assist my fellow colligues

Gained work experience

It's a company that provided me with an opportunity of work experience and i learned a lot on how to work as a group and what I love most is that I met people from different races and it was such an experience to me. The challenges I met was that I wanted a permanent position but the company did not have any vacancies at the moment so I was a casual but working everyday as other employees unless the volumes were low that's were by all the casuals wil be told not to come to work until further notice.

Pros: Great for work experience
Cons: Long hours 12hours a day
