I am a customer service driven person, I enjoy working with people.
A highly customer orientated and motivated individual, who is well organized and renders excellent customer satisfaction. Resolves customer complaints/disputes to the end. Communicate at a high level with all internal and external stakeholders. Provide personalized service at the highest levels with integrity and respect and in line with the company’s standards and policies. Manage customer expectations by delivering on all promises made and ensure that customers are always kept up to date on the progress of the complaint/dispute, by making contact with the client by telephone at least once a day. This will neutralize complaints to positive feedback and the retention of customers.
Pros: Go the extra mile to find the ideal property for them to rent
Cons: I don't have fixed working hours my day normally starts at 07:00 AM to do emails and ends anytime from 20:00 PM, taking clients to view properties mostly between 17:00 am to 19:00

I have worked in a fast moving cellular company, and don't see any difficulties to adapt a busy sch
I enjoy the interaction with people, I meet around 30 people a week. The thing that I love the most of my work is the feedback that I receive from my clients and all the referrals. It is extremely challenging to find a suitable property for clients, and that is why I have lengthy discussions with them to make sure that I please them the first time around.
Pros: Fast learner and love to work with people
Cons: I don't have a problem to work long hours
