Good listener,hardworking individual,can highly work under pressure

I love my job, because i interact with different kind of people. Its also give me an opportunity of having a well customer service to my clients.What i enjoyed the most,i know even if i can woke up on a wrong side from home that one client will come first will remove bad side of mine. I also learnt that i should never take my personal issues to my clients,i should always treat them nicely and professional.

Pros: I have great opportunity for commission when new joinings for funeral cover,and when selling a tombstone
Cons: During month end i work for long hours because its where we busy,and its unfair to return a client and say we closed

Its an excellent learning opportunity

the job that I am currently doing gives me an opportunity to meet different type of people with different personalities .I have developed customer care and skills on how to handle different types of customers, it has also teach me the importance of concentration and focusing when doing my job since i deal with cash all the time.I have realized that teamwork is very important for the smooth running of the company.

Pros: gaining more skills on customer care
Cons: long distance from my home. during the month there are few customers which make business slow and boredom strikes in.

Excellent learning curve

I have worked in every position in our company and know everyone's job detail to the T, it is a fast pace company and the deadlines are tight there is no room for error so great attention to detail a must

Growth personally and self realisation

Since I have been with Martins I have learnt to appreciate life, What I have learnt over the years is that you have to constantly grow yourself, never stop learning, it is important to stay in touch with new technology and new ways of doing things. we work as a team each funeral, Memorial service is a challenge to better it as it is all about service and respect.

Pros: Growth Personally
Cons: No challenges....could be boring at times no stimulation
