My relationship with my coworkers was just fine. I learnt a lot new things daily. I enjoyed controlling the stock making sure everything balancing Most challengisn part is wher there is a missing stock and you cant find it.

Learning skills

Most challenging part of my job is working 3 jobs and earning a salary for one position (HR manager, Finance manager and Administration manager) I have a good working relationship with the staff but being a human you can never be liked by all.learnings from my job is time management, Patience and Listening to understand and not to responde.Typical day at work, signing of all the previous days work from 9 departments. Each day as a deadline to meet, making sure all departments have full coverage for the day.Hr is a daily job on its own I cannot really list for the day, there are monthly submissions to head office on weekly basis different submissions. Mostly I enjoy solving staff problems and seeing a staff member grow within the company, Finance.

Cons: Work Monday to sunday
