It is pleasure working for such big company The culture is all well followed Colleagues friendly and easy to get along with Working for the company gave an opportunity to learn more about customer services I also learned how to operate switch of more than 20 extensions I enjoy mostly the recruitment process and processing payroll input The most challenging thing about this company for me is financial and career growth due to long hours of the weekend it is for one to correspond with any institutions to further your education I love what are do however it will be nice to be able to afford

I learnt lot of things
at mass-build we operated on 2 shift ,day and night.i had good working relationship with my co-workers.i learnt to put the company first before lot of things,and put 100% work rate at my work

Success through Human Capital
Good day Sir/madam I have always been in the business of empowering people for self enrichment as well as for the greater success of the company I work for. My greatest sense of achievement would be to look back at what I have contributed towards individual success stories and as a result seeing the companies I worked for achieve set goals. Review Of Curent Job
The Retail industry is very fast paced so what is needed is a close working relationship with team members which I have. I believe an early start to the day gives you an edge to cope with unexpected events . Because of the volumes I had to reinvent on how to input data to meet deadlines which is so crucial to payroll. I enjoy the fast pace and the challenges that each day brings.

Excellent learning curve
It was quiet and most busy at times ... hardly get time to seat and sometimes even forget my breaks. I had a very United team .we assisted each other .it was 1 team I wish to have in the next job. My experience developed . I learned how to manage different characters and behaviours of employees and customers... I understood the feeling of customers and how to handle difficult customers, they go out of the store happy and asking if I can be the only 1 assisting on their next visits in the store. Nothing could ever make me happy like seeing my customers happy... the most challenging part is when we had out of stocks... my customers having deadlines and demanding stock that never arrived/ received... basically late deliveries. But will make ways to get our clients happy by getting stock from other nearest stores... cz the last think I could ever think of is loosing the client.

Well developed
It us very challenging working in one of massbuild stores as a stock control manager as you need to b flexible at all times.always plan your day carefully and be able to manage your a staff accordingly, I am gaving great relationship with my staff as we need to have a very closed relationship with them by means of having one on ones and give them more responsibilitiea just to develop. I have learned to treat my staff with respect Nd enjoying new challenges that arises everyday as we always have to assist other stores with stocktakes.

Excellent learning curve
during my stay at mass build i have learnt to work on my own without supervision ,things like how to load trucks or containers in short period of time or how to be quick operating different types of machine.i made good working relationship with my co-workers and managers.and their working hours are reasonable.

Great learning curve
i worked for 8 hours a day and my working relationship wuth co-workers were extremely satisfying.i have to produce good results within a short period of time.i enjoyed working on my own without waiting for my line manager to tell me what to do

I have learned to work under pressure in the a large environment
It was not easy the first week because I was not used in to working in a large environment but when time went on I started to enjoy working there though sometimes I came across with the challenges but I have managed to survive.
