Great exposure to the retail property market

There is a high level of pressure at all times. The job requires a high level o attention to detail and quick on the draw. It is a higly demanding job which requires a strong character and the ability to keep abreast of changes at any givetimmtimePresentations n are done to the main board in Walmart and it therefore requires great market research and knowledge of the property sector in South Africa and Africa. I work hand in hand with the store development team and support each other on our respective roles.

Pros: Great exposure to the international property market
Cons: Very long working hours, constant pressure

My day at work

My day includes reveiwing bank statements from prevoius day and query all debits not authorised by the company, allocate customer payments to their accounts, manage company cash flow.

Pros: Job secured
Cons: Lack of leave approvals
