Training Facilitator Manager

A typical work day includes but not limited to:Ensuring training venue is readily available with all material needed.Tea and lunch is set.Call and check trainings of the day in other regions .Upload training details on VIP system for record keeping.Attend to training and study loan/bursaries queries .Sign off invoices .Conduct training.Make travel bookings for delegates attending training outside of their regions. I have learnt thateffective planning is non-negotiable,especially because training and development involves other people's diairies.I have learnt that team work is way to succeed.Further, taking innitiative is a sign of leadership and also a journey to growth. I enjoy the whole process of transferring knowledge while learning at the same time. I also enjoy developing training plans and overseeing the whole plan unfold and individual growth. The most challenging is having to come in on Saturdays when I have been travelling to cover my admin work.

Pros: *Exposure to different fields/careers, better understanding of company complaince , work with diversity
Cons: -Excessive travelling

I workly independently and flexibly which is nice.

My typical day includes administrative work, which can range from training needs analysis, coordination, capturing, invoices, BBBEE monitoring, facilitation of in-house trainings, meetings, budget discussions etc. I work alone in my region in my particular field. I report to a manager in JHB regarding my work, but am based in an office where I sit with other department managers. I mostly keep to myself, except when I have to engage with my department. We have a national team of other coordinators who manage their regions. We have regular meetings and keep in touch. I enjoy working independently but also enjoy the sharing of information. I have learnt a lot in my job. I particularly learnt the budget management aspect of my joy. I have learnt team work in a challenging environment of distance. I enjoy travelling and meeting new people in my job. I enjoy facilitation and engaging with employees. The challenging aspect of my job is juggling everything without support sometimes.

Pros: The flexibility allowed in my job space.
Cons: The travelling can be challenging sometimes.

Eager to learn new things.

I am a very humble person to work around with and I enjoy working together in peace and harmony with the fellow colleques , I have learned to face challenges right away than taking them for granted. If you have misunderstandings with your co worker, you need to fix it same time

Eager to learn new things.

I am a very humble person to work around with and I enjoy working together in peace and harmony with the fellow colleques , I have learned to face challenges right away than taking them for granted. If you have misunderstandings with your co worker, you need to fix it same time
