Good to grow in the business and share some ideas with the team

Learning curve

I am currently working in Game Vereeniging from the beginning of June last year. I am a hard worker and would like to expand my knowledge and get more information. That is why I'm applying for this job. I lead more then 70 team members on a day to day basis. I have been with mass discount from 2009. When I start as a flexi got my permanent in 2013 and also trained as a acting floor manager which I started before at 2011 when I started my training. In 2014 I was appointed a floor manager till today.

Pros: to grow in the company
Cons: willing to work long hours

Excellent customer services

-Working conditions is sometimes unfair. -Working with the customers and staff is more exciting as we exchange knowledge. -Sales are dropping down and working hours are cut off. -Environment is no longer busy and it reduces performance of staff. -I've adapt experience on how to deal with the business it self,suppliers,customers and staff as well. -Most thing I enjoy is when I meet up with clients and offer them the best service to ensure that they expand the service we offer at the store.

Half learning curve

I check instock and out of stock on a daily basis. Do high risk counting and investigating the high risk every day. Do orders for stock and stock that need to return to supplies.
