Life at Mass discounters

working for mass discounters is challenging and a little stressful. there are many deadlines that needs to be met with regards to promotions and daily price changes. I deal with the Africa part of the business. Game is best described as a one big family. that is how we work there together with our co-workers. we have learnt how to work as one team. sharing our knowledge and helping others in order for the success of the business. I most enjoy the vibrate atmosphere here and the togetherness which makes working here easy. the challenging part is meeting deadlines, loading of the promotion lines and dealing with different types of people from all Africa stores.

Pros: i have studying through the company with seta for the Retail Buying & Planning
