Excellent learning curve

On a typical day at work I would get to the office, set up the computers for the students , make sure the system is functioning well and start welcoming students and helping them out and showing them the next step. My relationship with the co-workers at the Education Center was very cooperative as we all respected each other and worked as a team. What I have learned from this position is that we all need each other's help and education is an essential tool that should be used regardless of any situation or background. What was more challenging about the job was being able to become a serious crack head by having to learn IT and business related subjects to be able to know how to help a student. what I enjoyed the most was having given the opportunity to study for free😊

Good leadership and group dynamics,constantly proactive and prepared to learning new technologies.

My typical day at work is largely based in assisting students with their courses,and making sure i review and publish their assignments.Also play a role in server maintenance,updates,backups and troubleshooting network issues,and also offer administration to new enrolling students when i'm not assisting. Relationship with Co-Workers is a collaborative one,since we help each other and offer support to one another on a daily basis,keeping a professional working relationship is paramount to me. I have learned administrative skills,interpersonal and speaking skills,the ability to learn and complete a course within the time frame,good time management skills and pro action. Assisting students and troubleshooting network issues is what i enjoy as a center Facilitator. The most challenging aspect of my job is assisting people who are no fluent in the english language.
