It a great opportunity for any person who likes to be around people especially customers, it gives skills on how to treat people with regards to queries, complaints and complement, I learned a lot about good customer services

Pros: A good place to build ones self confidence, to grow within the company to shape yourself for any other opportunities
Cons: It never is easy to get a permanent job

Learning the system (POS)

working at Game involve different challenges in terms of the stock received/avoiding damages/shrinkage, customer satisfaction and stocktaking of which is done twice a year. To achieve a good productive work its involve communications from to managers to line manager down to us as lower managers and not to forget that as lower managers we tend to get orders from different managers of which is a bit challenging to do their task but they all simple when we work together as a team like sharing the task that is given to us from line managers/to managers. what i enjoy most is doing stocktaking and customer service as well as working on the system (POS).

Pros: start working at Game Midrand and moved to Mall of Africa to share experience with new employees
Cons: long working hours occurs when approaching festive season and preparing back to school

Hard wo rking

Im a hard working person i learn fast iface challenges and make sure i over come them im a dedicated person and focused, i have retail experience and driving experience

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
