I start the day by waiting for roughly 30-40 minutes for my programs to open and once that is done, I then begin to take written educational content and create it a digital platform using Unity. There is no creative work, it is very simple cut and paste and is no longer challenging. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. There is still a level of professionalism between everybody. I have not learnt anything that I haven't already known going into this position. I no longer enjoy my current position and I feel that the company is putting us at risk during the COVID-19 pandemic by making us return to the office and interacting with other employees and nobody seems to be following the rules and regulations. There nothing challenging in my job and I feel that I will never grow within the company, even though I have proven multiple times and made many simple suggestions that could better workflow and productivity.

Cons: Corporate misusing employees, Health & Safety Hazard, No growth potential

Excellent stepping stone

Tutoring of Maths and Science for all Grades. Regular feedback to parents on student progress and development. Each tutor has their own group of children that they are responsible for. Great working environment if you enjoy working with children and love Maths and Science.

I enjoy working at Master Maths!

A typical work day at master maths is very busy because many students are coming from school and are willing to study for their exams. My work day begins at 3pm and ends at 7pm (part-time). My relationship with co-workers is very professional and we are able to communicate very well. From my experience at master maths, I have learnt how to communicate effectively with people and how to handle students in high school. Overall, I enjoy the fact that I am helping students in their problem areas in mathematics and encouraging them to succeed. The most challenging aspect of the job was re-learning the mathematics syllabus but as I continued to practice, I was able to keep up with the pace of the changing syllabus.

Excellent learning curve, exposure and experience in all areas of the business.

I have learnt a lot in the past few years, from tutoring to doing the administration, debt collecting and doing the accounts it has taught me an experience I doubt I would have by now. My co-workers are nice and helpful and we have a family bond. The most challenging aspect of the job is being responsible for the client result and having to hold them financially accountable every month.

Excellent learning curve

During my time here I have learnt a lot, including new programs such as UNITY and Flash. Co-workers are always friendly and one can build a good work relationship with everyone. We don't always have work to do, so one tends to keep something small at hand to keep yourself busy with when you don't have work provided by managers. As a designer I am challenged with new challenges each day when a project is on my desk.

Pros: Good work environment
Cons: No opportunity for promotion
