I think I am the best person for this position because I have 8 to 9 years of Customer Service Experience. I have worked for different organizations. I have good communication skills, I pay good attention to detail. I adhere to schedule. I am honest, patient and tolerant. I am a good team player. These are very important in a customer service environment. I understand that whenever I am on that phone I am representing the organization I work for, meaning I represent the brand. I cope very well in fast paced environment. Actually it keeps me on my feet. I have an understanding that when I am servicing a customer, that customer always comes first. Each and every customer that I deal with is special no matter what time of the day it is, no matter what personal issues I am dealing with. I am always about customer first. I am fast learner. When doing my job I make sure I do it to the best of my abilities.

Career swtich
I was afforded to move internally in the company from being an analyst who did financial work to becoming a data analyst. I feel i have reached my potential at this company as there is still alot for me to learn about data analysis and i feel i am ready to move on. I am currently doing a course in Data Analysis to add to my knowledge and hopefully help me in being promoted further on this field.

Great place to develop my skills
Over the past 10 years going to work felt like working as part of a family. Very relaxed environment and everyone has an open door policy. I’ve found my niche in life with Mastercard and for that and all the opportunities I am very grateful. I love my job, I love working with the customers. And I love showing up day after day to more exciting challenges and opportunities to learn.

Learning and development opportunity within a new industry
My current employee has a great work-life balance. Each team knows and works towards their objectives and has great synergy. The tasks is executed in a highly controlled environment, ensuring that it remains Compliant. This job has created great interactions with various people across the globe. I've learnt an immense amount of Compliance and Safeguarding in relation to FCA Regulations. I enjoy a challenging reconciliation and process improvement.

Interesting opportunities, very much interested in new skills
The current role of the L3 Senior Operations Analyst is to receive and diagnose support requests from our customers. This role is responsible for distributing support resolution work to expert teams as required. The position requires strong problem-solving and logical analysis skills on a third line level, as well as substantial technical applications background over various applications. I play a strong role in coordinating all Production/Staging responses, including updates on software, bug fixes, windows maintenance and uptime in accordance with agreed customer SLA’s. Active standby for all Production system OOH.
