Great learning opportunity

The industry is male dominated so as a female you have to fight for your position within the company ,work hard to be taken seriously and learn to work independently

Good learning experience

Its a very good and wealthy company its just the people that makes it bad. In this company its all about who u know and u actauly hav to suck up to your foreman to get anything or to get anywhere. Im not that kind of guy I work hard and want to earn honest money

Excellent learning curve

working at Masterparts takes hard work and a lot of effort, it is a very busy and fast moving environment. the workload is much so prioritizing is key. I have a very strong relationship with my co-workers, working in a team is very important as it makes the work much easier.

Experience

Excellent company to work for, great co workers, do banking daily which is very challenging, been here 7 years. The highlight of my day is when my recon.balances to the last cent. I work with 4 othet females and 65 males which is always challenging

Work culture

A typical wok day starts at 7:30am until 16:30pm. I have a very good understanding and relationship with my colleagues The job hasits chlamnlenges but noting to hectic to handle.
