good company promoting young man and woman to grow.trains it's employees more and more and management always ready to listen.challenges are salary stagnation where the salary is the same even if you are more than 2yrs in the company.I enjoy working and interacting with colleagues.very warm and welcoming even the management

working five hours a day good relationship with co-workers sales skills teaching parents how to help their kids at home interaction with different people from different backgrounds
