Wonderful insurance experience

Working at my company its like serving God by serving his people,it is indeed a wonderful place to be and a great thing to have such unexplainable support from our seniors and the subordinate. One thing I have learned is as a person you should have independent advisor who will be with me in every step and direction my finances may take..I also learned that finances should be planned ,also to have financial goals. What challenges most in our job Is when you spent days and days preparing a financial need Analysis for a client and recommendations and at the end the client decides not to implement your recommendations and or cancel the policy without informing me

Pros: i am being offered an opportunity to study while working
Cons: being woken up by a client s call in the middle of the night wanting to claim the death of their loved onse

Exellent learning curve

Getting new clients,meeting targets,meeting different charecters everyday,being able to solve and assisting clients with their financial needs.It's a good working environment as everybody gets along .I have learnt how to deal with people and that everyone who owns property needs insurance.I enjoy satisfying our clients and getting them the best deal.when you dont meet the target
