I'm a hardworking person who aim to achieve an excellent results of what I am doing and I have a good team work,Good communication skills. I can make so much improvement at the industry. I was working at Matjhabeng Local Municipality as an intern at Finance department in billing department,Was working with customers everyday I'm able to work under pressure . Working with customers accounts Clearance certificates Data capturing etc

Great working environment

Working as a receptionist has taught me a bath of Pele principle which means putting clients first. The colleagues and I work very well with each other and we work as a team.

Pros: It is a great opportunity when one is starting a career
Cons: Having to deal with difficult clients

Excellent communication skills both verbal and nonverbal

I have enjoyed working with different people from different levels of management. Learning all the departments in the Municipality which is one of the things I had interest for.
