Great learning curve

I've learned to work individually as I am a client based technician. I can also work very well in a team. I've learnt how to fully setup a home, office & business networks. Installing & maintaining applications. Installing & maintaining network hardware ( routers, switches, printers, firewalls, computers n CCTV cameras).

Pros: Great place to start learning

The pressure is always intense but amazing learning experience

Wonderful company culture and working environment which includes learning a lot on a daily basis. Requires a tremendous amount of research. There's no leave or specific role you play it is all team effort that means you do not only focus on development but in IT as a whole. You also help with ensuring all clients are happy especially with their IT needs. A typical work day is talking to colleagues who make sure no one works while sad and they do their level best to keep one another's mood rate high because that improves the quality and amount of work we all do. I enjoy completing my tasks on time while having a friendly chat with colleagues

Cons: No flaxible hours
