Working with the public on a daily basis, some people harder than others.

Great working with different people from different backgrounds. Team work is key and helps make the day go soother and more productive. What I have learnt is how to treat people and handle them especially telephonically. I enjoy admin work and working with the public daily and just helping people.

Cons: Working on weekends sometimes
