Its not how many times one fall rather how many times one stands up after a fall.
Due to the level of experience I have in call centre I believe I can be the right candidate. Call centre is a fast growing industry where one can stay motivated due to the customer service. Being reliable and have an open minded for people management can really push you far if you love your work like I do.
Pros: Great opportunity where one can excel
Cons: Flexible hours

Good learning curve
Go into the office, get your list of leads to call, and start calling clients to offer them our services. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. I’ve learned to sell our products over the phone. I enjoy talking to different people and helping them understand what our services can do for them Getting good leads can be a bit discouraging
Pros: Good for learning the customer service industry
Cons: No basic salary
