I have learned alot at my current job but I am looking to change my career & earn abit more.

I have learned a lot about how to deal with clients & solve daily problems. I have a great working relationship with my co-workers & employer. My typical day at work is busy & I have to deal with different clients making sure every sale runs smoothly & all documents are in place. The most challenging aspect is to find a good property that meets the clients wants & needs.

Well established company

The company that I work with manage a whole lot of building which gives me a unique opportunity of people referring there units to us. I use the morning to look for new listings and the afternoon taking clients out. I like to answer my inquiries within a few minutes of receiving them as I find my success rate improves with prompt responses, I fit in during the coarse of the day to view new properties and take pictures of the units, I work mainly in Umhlanga and get on very well with my work colleague and my competitors as it helps to share stock when I don't have the stock that the my client is looking for.
