First ...Maxidor is a very big successful company with years of experience and I was honoured to be employed there. As a sales consultant we are required to make our own Money every month cause we earn on a commission salary. So on a typical work day we are given a minimum of two leads in which we are required to attend and turn into clients, we use our own transportation to meet up with clients as well...And this all comes from our own pockets to mention. Depending on how many deals you closed a month, a 10% commission salary can be a tough hustle to get through a month but if you work hard enough it can be worth it. Our sales manager is always available to help which makes our consultantion a bit easier. Other consultant are always keen to help cause we also work as a team. Secury homes and families is always our priority. Nothing makes me happier than a happy client and a satisfied customer with a smiley salary to go in hand for me as sale consultant.

Pros: great opportunity to market and explore
Cons: commission salary is difficult

I have learnt the product in 1 month, to the extent that Ive become a specialist on some products.

I contact clients based on leads from head office, visit their property to assess and advise on security products they might need, whereby i perform measurement. I then give a detailed quotation and follow up to close the sale. I also contacted numerous companies for affiliations, to grow the company and generate more business and have successfully done so with 2 large construction companies, submitting tenders on site throughout the Eastern Cape region.

Pros: It is a self manage occupation, so not bound to office hours.
Cons: Service delivery from factory and headoffice, major delayes

Good learning curve. Gained experience.

Over all it's a good company. We strive for a good cause. Our management staff is kind. It's a safe environment to work in. However we have no 13th salary, no opportunities for promotion and absolutely no benefits... not even 1. Leaving us as employees to pay more on living expenses with our not so great salaries. We're left on hold when we speak to supervisors and managers about an increase or simply get a "No, the company doesn't have money" answer. Don't get me wrong it's not like it's not a pleasure working for a company who's services change people's lives, I just can't understand how everything in our country goes up, except our salaries.

Pros: Start early, finish early
Cons: No increase, no bonus, no promotion.

Wonder full working environment, Fast pace, keep up, keep it together, for people with a urge to be successful, Great management and company moral Product range is superior the to the market with excellent quality and service deliver, ensuring it is a product that will do what its meant to do. Be confident in what you sell, as we don't sell doors, we save lifes

Enjoy a challenge

Self - disciplined and goal driven person,a well organized individual, precise and communicative, has excellent telephone manner and strong on dealing with clients. I enjoy a challenge and work well under pressure. I will prove to be a valuable asset if given the opportunity . I am willing to explore different avenues in an organization, learning more about its principles and lifestyle.
