18years experience in gaming- slots, 2 years experience in tables

I have been in the industry for more than 18years. was a slots person now I have gained experience in tables. I opened the casino that I work for in 2018as a duty manager and got promoted as a gaming manager. I have good relationship with my team but the challenge is there is no financial investment in the business. when I took over the company was in financial difficulties due to previous mismanagement and the managers that were there resigned or were asked to resigned. With m. The worst company to work for in South Africa.

Tough. We get paid late and our provident fund is not paid over to to the administrators. We do not get decent food. no bonus. no promotion managers promoting staff if they sleep with them
