Company is religiously bias

The company only offers top ranking positions to people of their own religion. They are racially and religiously bias. There is no opportunity for whereby people from outside are given positions instead of people working within the company

Pros: Excellent working conditions
Cons: 6 day week

Experience curve

Lots of pressure,contantly on the move. Co-workers are very unhelpful. As I am new,it was very difficult getting relevant information to fulfill my duties. I've learned alot about the textile business and the processes. Not much growth as it's a family business.

Pros: good experience in the industry
Cons: not much growth, no incentives

I AM LOOKING FOR BENEFITS

I work well with or without supervision.I am very sociable.I have learnt a lot while working my way up in many companies.I enjoy working with people.Month end can be really challenging,need to close books,send statements.

Pros: I want to grow in a company
Cons: I am willing to work long hours if it benefits me.
