Working hard to reach targets and increase company revenue I have a good relationship with my co-workers I have leant good negotiation skills, customer services and more Team building outings as a branch to get to know each other outside work Having to deal with people who are unemployed who are in debts and can not afford to settle them

Introduction to law and legal field

An enthusiastic and hunger driven individual, who enjoys being part of a successful and productive team. Quick to grasp new ideas and concepts as well as capable to adapt and develop innovative and creative solutions to problems and difficult situations. I am sufficiently capable to work well on my own initiative and furthermore demonstrate the high levels of motivation required to meet the tightest of deadlines. Capable to work under pressure in order to fulfil the task at hand and thus work effectively.

Good negotiator

I've been with the company from 2012 and from the experience that I have it is not easy to collect on old accounts as chances are very slim that the debtor might pay the account. A call centre should have drives that will motivate the staff, like team buildings so that we get to know each other in that way we will enjoy working as a team.

My a debt ollections call centre supervisor

Typical day at work I would to the following: Read my emails and reply chech my whatapp to any urgently xommunixation from my branch manager. date my teams attendance register. Check the number of accounts (campaigns) loaded for the day. Have a meeting with my team. Do daily productivity discussion. Set stretched targets for the day and drive productivity. Forward p.o..p to customer care handle calls from debtors and emails.

Cons: We work from mom day to Friday

Well organized company

A company with growth. Fun place to work at and you gain lots of experience working with other people and different portfolios. The company has different departments on the floor so it makes work much easier for an individual..... Theres benefits at the company and medical aid....
