Holding so many different position was a learning curve
I am very passionate when it comes to working with people. Having to work with different cultured individuals has taught me a lot and how I can relate with them. Going to work daily is exciting and having to work with people that are dedicated and upholds the company values. Having a positive influence in my team and being able to manage them and contribute towards their growth. One thing that had worked for me is to keep the trust relationship between you and your staff protected, be firm but fair and honour your promises, a happy employee is a performing employee. The most challenging aspects is the consistent change not every employee adapts easily to change.

Excellent
My current job entails supervising the call center delivery. Achieving set targets, internal an client targets, people management. I have a great relationship with my co workers especially my subordinates. I have learnt that happy employees will produce the best results. I have learned to treat people with respect and how to treat different age groups. I enjoy the pressure and hard work that we go through with my team towards achieving the best results.

Excellent learning experience
Working in a call centre has been a great learning experience. I have worked for MBD for Total of 10 years in an administrative role in in CRM and currently as a supervisor in a high call centre , the call centre is a specialised call centre that works with banking mandates

Good communicarion skills

Work experience
In a call centre I worked as a debt collector. Negotiating payment plan with customers. I worked shifts and it was a good environment because there were so many people working and I enjoyed working with people and also there were teams and each team had a supervisor who drove us to meet our monthly targets. The biggest challenge was collecting debt from unemployed customers, with team work we were able to come up with ideas that will benefit both us collectors and customers. In all I learnt to control myself when assisting a customer, how to speak to customers and address myself in a professional manner.

The company i keep
My Typical day at work - is during preassure when dead lines are due and everyone is focuses to ensure that there are results and on time My relationship with co-workers : I develop excellent work relationship in that i can be able to delegate, invite others to share their opinion. I have to learned to work quite well and focus during the time of the day when there is pressure to deliver results without to blaming instead to provide solutions. What i enjoy most is the environment , and working mostly with people. The most challenging aspects of the job is when targets or dead lines are not met due to other department or challenges that where not resolved previously due to a fact that there was no proactiveness
Pros: Detail orientated, fast typist, bubly, innovative and proactive.
Cons: Long working hours , too anticipating most of the time energetic.

Good learning curve
Debt Collecting- Arranging for debt repayment based on debtor's financial situation. Respect should apply to both parties inoder to have a good relationship with the co- workers.Negotiating payment arrangement with the debtor within set mandates. Loading Promise to pay on system as agreed with debtors. Reaching the target that is required n working too much for the company. - Not reaching the standard that is required n facing the trouble at work n staying behind to coverup my shortfalls.
Pros: working hard always pays n team spirit does it all.
Cons: working the flexi hours n overtime in order to cover up my work
