Excellent learning

I have learnt a lot in the company, in that way i have gained experience that can lead to best opportunities. Am having a good relationship with my co-workers as we always share ideas and knowlegde about the company. And i have learnt that it takes a hard work to put you where you want to be in the company. I really enjoy my job as i am the one who has to measure my job and be able to figure out whether am performing in a good way, as good performance is always guaranteed. Eventhough there are challenges in the work environment, i always make sure that i overcome such by always putting efford in my job.

Learning curve

I'm a debt collector who enjoys working for mbd,basically I talk to debtors educating them about making payments towards their accounts also updating debtors information on the system.I've learnt to be patient,understanding,empathetic towards debtors situation.

Pros: Teachs negotiations skills
Cons: Difficult debtors
