I work for Mbd for one year and my contract ended . the position that I held was collection agent and incoming calls. We collected and did inquiries also . I tored us how to deal with angry clients and how to give best customer service . my skills are to give best customer service . they though us how to show emphathy to clients .I enjoy working at Mbd because the colleagues are helpful and we assist each other with work . the most challenging thing is when you assist a difficult client , but staying calm and listen helps so that u can solve the problem . I enjoy working with many people so that I can learn about different cultures . I would like to work in a incoming call centre because are love assisting callers .

I am very hardworking person .

I usually work extra hours to assist the company I have a very good relationship with colleagues I have learnt to be more responsible to also come up with innovative ideas that would improve a service in MBD. I enjoy my work because I engage with different type of people everyday. The most challenging prospect of the job is to always stay humble to clients at all times. Customer relations is a very important and crucial matter.

Pros: Its good to work there cause i am working with lawyers who encourage me to go to school.

Call center

Calling debtors for outstanding account setting up payment arrangements for paying outstanding accounts. Give debtor education about paying the accounts how important it is to pay the accounts and the disadvantages of not paying outstanding account how the account will increase if the account is not been paid.

No matter what happens,stay true to yourself.

I love interacting with people,I am a positive team player, self motivated, assertive. I have good communication and negotiation skills. My work environment is full of young and vibrant people. I have my daily targets eg talk time,matters,ptp and average rand value.I love and respect my job and my co-workers.The most challenging aspect of my job is when I rail debtors and don't get hold of them,maybe voicemail,ring no answer or they hang up and I have hourly and daily targets. I can work under stressful environment and pressure. I have learnt to be calm all the time,no matter what the situation.when I meet and exceed my targets I win hampers and vouchers.

Pros: Skills and experience.
Cons: Late shift has few hours,however MBD doesn't have night shift allowance or transport, sometimes I walk alone to the taxi rank

N4 good negotiations skills

I am a young vibrant youth that is ready for work and in a workplace environment I am willingly able to work standard hours and flexible hours have a good communication skills and always looking for new knowledge and opportunities that may occur in the business environment i have learnt how to work as a team and how to work efficiently under pressure and learnt to adapt quickly in sharing good relations with coworkers and my customers insuring a great balance between both parties.I injoy most an industry that is active positive and always insures its clients and employees are its common assets and comes first in this case a happy client brings in more work and more work brings in more productivity.

I am writing to apply for the Call Center Representative position, I possess three years of call center experience with increasing responsibility and enjoy the fast-paced ever-changing environment tremendously. As a Call Center Representative, I receive daily calls from customers and work to assist them with their technical or service related issues. I am organized and pay great attention to detail. My positive demeanor and friendly phone voice help to put customers at ease and to calm frustrated or agitated callers. I think well on my feet and am a natural problem solver. My interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly have served me well as a Call Center Representative. Previous supervisors have praised my professionalism and I have earned promotions and for my work. I know I am capable of bringing that same dedication to customer satisfaction as a Call Center Representative.

Enthusiastic worker

I am a very hard working and willing to work an extra mile.I am also able to interact with various pupil in various department as i am a very good team player.I have also learned that listening is a very good skill that can make u achieve more than what u know or think you may know.At most times i enjoy working and helping my co-workers as that might bring out the best achievement an result as a team.The most challenging aspect in a job is working with customers that are very difficult and want hings to be done their way.

Great experience gained

MBD is great company to work for, on daily basis the main focus is always about having fun while reaching your targets and pushing for more to get incentives and win what is up for grabs as we have different criterias everyday. I am a very talkative, fun person that always make everybody laugh around me and also motivate others as we always work as a Team to beat our competitors. I have learnt alot from MBD like how to manage time and be able to work under pressure, being firm, professional and assertive with customers as I was a softy before. I enjoy being at work everyday because the team that I am working with has become a family as we have been working together for over two years now and I enjoy the great moments we share in the business celebrating each one's success. At times it is challenging due to the pressure that we work under as to reaching the targets, push for first place on the panel of our competitors(other companies) month to month in terms of rankings.
