SALARY REVIEW

I WORK FOR A MUNUCIPAL ENTITY AND I FEEL THEY REALLY ARE UNDERPAYING ME . THE EXPERIENCE IS NICE AND I ENJOY MY WORKING ENVIROMENT .I HOWEVER FEEL LIKE THEY COULD DO BETTER WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES .

Growth in collections experience

When I started at MBDA had only 6 month experience in collections and I was only familiar with current accounts "accounts that are owned by clients "now I've grown and I know different mandates even bought book which are mos difficult book I know how to work them I'm a team player and I'm able to work under pressure cause in a environment that has a target there's always pressure

Pros: Get a promotion and grown more in the position will be in
Cons: Goinv an extra mile to reach monthly targets
