NOT GETTING WHAT YOUR EXPECTED TO DELIVER AND WITH MY CO-WORKERS THEY A LIKE MY SECOND FAMILY AND HAVE LEARN MANY THINGS LIKE HOW TO SOLVE PROBLEMS AND HOW TO CREATE A WAY FORWARD AND HOW TO BECOME A WINNING TEAM AT ALL TIMES AND HOW OR WHAT MUST BE DONE TO BE ON TOP , WE ENJOY WHEN OUR TEAM HAS REACH TARGETS AND LEEDS PROVINCIALLY AND NATIONALLY , WHEN MY TEAM HAVE NOT REACH THEIR STANDARDS AND DO HARD TO PUSH THEM TO DO WHAT THEY A CAPABLE AT

when my team has not reach the target needed, our relationship is great we treat each other very well as brothers and sisters, have learned a lot from each individual , enjoy mostly when we have reach our target and the most challenging part when one has no way up of doing his or her work , eg prospecting list for hot and cold prospects
