I have worked for the company for 3 years and oversees the company smooth operation running The company had been running for the past 6 years and we have 20 permanent employees.

Excellent learning curve

Mcb is a nice company to work for. It is one man run company and he treats his employees well and fairly. He would like everyone to grow especially those with talent but there is not much he can do as the company it's self is still growing

Pros: Working hours are great
Cons: No opportunity for growth
