Friendly, helpful managers

Lots of data to be capture correctly, deadline never to be missed. The team worked together, help each other when workload were to much. Manager was always willing to help and we learn a lot from her. Never to busy to help even with personal problems. I was sent on courses and learn everything I know now on excel, recons and report writings. The atmosphere was stressful when a deadline needs to be achieved but there was always somebody make a joke or remark and then we laughed together and the tension was break and then we worked harder. To capture all the data from sites correct and on time. Normally we received it late but we never missed a deadline.We were busy the whole day and deadlines to be kept at all time.

Pros: Opportunity to better yourself through studies
Cons: No overtime paid, no communication from senior management

I work hard and do more then is needed this is how I am no matter what.

I have been successful at MCC’s Pilanesberg Platinum Mining Operations and my CV is a clear indication of the latter. I want to challenge and build on these achievements within a larger company. During my career as an HR and SLP Clerk/Facilitator I have delivered on tangible improvements, including managing the SLP on Site for the past 9 (nine) years, including all HR and administration filing and reporting for the MCC Mining Site.
