Meeting deadlines everytime when performing the task

Gain lot of experience, having lot of responsibilities to work in the mining site as the only rigger and juggle around to perform different task from rigging, inspection and operating truck mounted crane & tellyhandle.

Learned alot

Perform day to day duties according to the scope of work by inspecting & testing lifting equipments before and after use, having toolbox talks with coworker's regarding the job to be performed & preparing risk assessment.

PLANNING OF THE WORK DAY LIST UP PRIORITY OF THE URGENT WORK CAPTURING UPDATE INFO ON SAP REGARDING JOBCARDS, GOODS RECEIVE, CREATE NEW ORDERS OF PARTS NEED / OUTWORK TO BE DONE FOLLOW UP JOBS / REPORTS UPDATE AND SORT OUT QUERIES

Good learning curve

It is a company without benefits without abnormal hours. No training is given to employees and also no recognition or rewards for employees. My relationship with my co workers is very good because we work as a team. I have learnt that no matter how good you are at work or how hard you work, if no one recognise you then it is all for nothing. What i enjoy most is doing my Job. I have ownership of it and i know what to do.I always have to deal with new things everyday.Dealing with difficult clients because you know the motto of a customer is always right.

Incident investigation of high potential incident .

Iam hard working employee who is dedicated to his job and reliable. I can work under pressure and meet my target. I like to work as a team and encourage work force to comply with the legislations. I always engage the team members when I want them to see the bigger picture of the job am doing to achieve the same goal.

Excellent Opportunities

I had the opportunity to manage all types of Transport. It was quite challenging and exciting. We had a very strong a motivated team. we moved very small items to very large excavators. It was an amazing experience at MCC.
