Working as a cross functional team

A typical day involves starting the day giving feedback of prior days results and discussing current priorities, expediting where necessary and collaborating ensuring everyone's demands are met in an efficient manner optimising plant efficiencies. Working together in a team and achieving success daily is a highlight of every day
