KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – USED MANAGER  Conduct weekly sales meetings, by ensuring that relevant information is available on which business decisions are/will be taken. Giving feedback on current performances and targets, allowing all staff to give input in matters. Discuss CSI results and action.  Control all cost as per budget.  Control debtors by achieving set turnaround time.  Do financial, productivity and sales reporting, accurately, timeously in order achieve expected norms and standards!  Manage business activities by hands-on interactive processes, by being knowledgeable regarding all business activities, issues and problems in the department. Proactively solving problems where needed, evaluating productivity measures.

Ok

Ok, In a typical workday I start at 6 AM in the morning. I have excellent working relationship with my colleagues and all my staff. I have learnt that not being a real manager but rather to lead your staff and colleagues in the right direction.

Pros: Big company
Cons: No real cons except that they do not look into individual prformance

Inspiring experience

A happy place where customers are made to feel at home, everyone works together for the benefit of the client. The competition is hight but fair and healthy. It is a high pressure working environment where you're kept at your toes. This can be stressful more times than not .I learned a lot on handling stressful situations effectively and harnessing my go getter spirit

Cons: Long hours and no over time and always stressful
